For this cover, I focused on the poetic and symbolic nature of the story. The golden statue of the prince stands elevated above the city, surrounded by soft clouds — strong yet gentle, radiant yet fragile.

The warm gold tones contrast with the pastel sky to create a dreamlike atmosphere, while small details like the swallow and distant rooftops hint at the emotional journey within the story. I wanted the composition to feel both grand and intimate, reflecting themes of compassion and sacrifice in a way that feels accessible to young readers.

This edition was published in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, as part of a series designed to introduce classic literature to a new generation.
